This course would cover essentially the same doctrinal territory as does a typical Criminal Procedure course, but would do so in the Law and Process manner. We would use a small class setting and teach legal analysis while providing opportunities for students to strengthen their analytical and test-taking skills via multiple assignments and individualized feedback from the instructors. This course is designed to help students master the reading, sorting, synthesizing, and arguing skills that lawyering demands.

NOTE: Students who enroll in this course may not enroll in Criminal Procedure.
